In November 2007, New Jersey American Water acquired South Jersey Water Supply Company and Pennsgrove Water Supply Company. The territories served by these former companies have been renamed and are referenced in the tariff as Service Territories 1A and 1B, respectively. In December 2006, the Elizabethtown and Mount Holly Water Companies merged with New Jersey American. The territories served by these former companies have been renamed and are referenced in the tariff as Service Territory 2 and Service Territory 3, respectively.
